We strongly believe in our products and want every LNDR customer to be satisfied.

We offer the following for those times where you’re not completely satisfied with your goods:

To accommodate for self-isolation restrictions, we have extended our return policy. Return the product(s) for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price within 28 days of receipt.

PROCESS:

1/ Returning your items:

If you wish to return or exchange your items, notify us directly at customercare@lndr-ldn.com and specify your reason for return using the following reasons:

  • 1. Too Big
  • 2. Too Small
  • 3. Doesn't Suit Me
  • 4. Product Looked Different Online
  • 5. Ordered More Than 1
  • 6. Poor Quality
  • 7. Faulty
  • 8. Exchange
  • 9. Other - please provide comments.

  • Returning your parcel within the U.K. is free of charge.Please contact customercare@lndr-ldn.com to request a FedEx return label. Please repack your item in the reusable LNDR packaging and attach the printed address label to the outside of the parcel.

    If you are returning your parcel from outside the U.K, (as per our return policy), you will be responsible for the cost and shipment of the returned goods. LNDR recommend you use a tracked delivery service and ensure you have proof of your despatch. We shall not be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.


    2/ Booking your return:

    Here are a few options to help your return package easily reach us:

  • Schedule a pickup online: Pickups for returns can be scheduled online by completing the Online Form.
  • Booking your collection by phone: Call FedEx Customer Service to schedule a return package pick-up. You don’t need a FedEx account number, but you do need to specify that you are requesting a pick-up for a return shipment.
  • Dropping off at a FedEx service point: Find your nearest drop off point here.

  • 5/ Orders returned from the U.K can take up to 5 days to be delivered.

    6/ You will receive an email notification once your refund has been credited.

    RETURNS POLICY

    Refunds are only applicable to cost of product: original shipping fees will not be refunded.

    For regions outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please consider using a trackable shipping service. LNDR does not accept responsibility for any item lost on return. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through LNDR.

    All item(s) must be returned within the 28 days of receipt. All items must come back in original and re-saleable condition, i.e. not be worn, altered or washed, with no stains, markings, pulls or snags, and must have all original LNDR tags attached.

    Following an inspection, please allow up to 28 business days for us to process your exchange or refund. Please keep in mind, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.

    Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.

    EXCHANGE POLICY (UK & REST OF THE WORLD)

    If you would like to exchange your product(s), you will be able to do so within 14 days of receipt of your order.

    Please email LNDR directly at customercare@lndr-ldn.com to request your replacement product(s).

    If the products(s) are available LNDR will despatch your exchange free of charge. If these are no longer available, we will find you a suitable alternative.
