Where is my order?

Please note, any orders placed between February 9-14th will be shipped February 15-17th while we migrate to a new warehouse. Please excuse the slight delay in dispatching your order, these will be processed as quickly as possible. Shipping will commence as normal from February 15th and will follow normal processing times between 1 - 2 business days.  


You will receive an email containing order confirmation and details. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email so you can see the status of your order. If you would like text updates, please ensure that this box is selected at checkout. 

What are the delivery options and costs?  

United Kingdom: Standard delivery 1-2 Working Days Free. We use DPD for all UK deliveries. 


Europe & Rest of World: Standard Delivery 3-5 Working Days Free. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We use DHL for all EU and international shipments.

Do you offer next day delivery?  

We currently do not offer a guarantee service. However, on all UK orders you can receive next day delivery if placed before 12pm (GMT). Please note, any orders placed between February 9-14th will be shipped February 15-17th while we migrate to a new warehouse. Please excuse the slight delay in dispatching your order, these will be processed as quickly as possible. Shipping will commence as normal from February 15th.


Note: If you place your order on a Friday after 12pm (GMT) your order will be shipped the following week. 

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?  

Yes, all prices shown on the website include UK VAT.   

Will I be charged duties and taxes?  

For orders outside of the UK, the customer may be liable to pay for local sales tax or import duties over a certain value. These fees are calculated by customs officials per country, as deliveries enter the port and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment.


LNDR cannot be held responsible should custom authorities either confiscate or charge import duty. Please check your country's tax and duties specifications prior to checkout. 

Can I change or cancel my order?  

We process the orders as quickly as possible, so we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact our team at customercare@lndr-ldn.com with any changes or cancellations you want to make.  

Where do you ship from?  

We ship all orders from the UK.

Where LNDR doesn't ship to:  

Russia, Iran and Syria. Unfortunately we currently do not ship to PO Boxes, or Military addresses.

What is your return policy?

You have up to 28 days to return your item(s) from the day you receive your order.


All item(s) must come back in original and unused condition, i.e. not be worn, altered or washed, with no stains, markings, pulls or snags.


Item(s) must have all original LNDR tags attached. If not, LNDR reserves the right to deny the refund or exchange.


If you find the product is faulty, you may also have a right to return these. Please do not use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.


We are dedicated to creating technical product that lasts. If your product fails to perform or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution.


Exchanges only apply for full-priced items and must be for the same item in a different size/colour depending on availability. On sale items, if you would like to size up, down or a different colour on sale items, we recommend placing another order and returning your original purchase.


Refunds are only applicable to the cost of product. Original shipping fees will only be refunded if the order was placed in the UK, and the whole order has been returned. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through LNDR.


Following an inspection, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your exchange or refund. Please keep in mind, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back to your original payment method or bank account. You will receive an email confirmation once actioned.


Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.

How do I return?

Please use our returns portal here: Returns Portal and follow the instructions below


- Enter your order number, quoting ROW and the 6 digit number leaving no spaces.

- Enter your shipping address postcode to retrieve your order details.

- Select items that you are returning, the reason for the return and return type.

- Please repack your item in the reusable LNDR packaging.

- If you have printed the label, attach to the outside of the parcel.

- If you have chosen paperless, the courier will attach the label upon collection and leave you with a tracking number.

- If you have any problems with the Returns portal, your order may be outside the returns window. Please contact Customer Care.

How do I exchange?

Please use our returns portal here: Returns Portal and follow the instructions below


- Enter your order number, quoting ROW and the 6 digit number leaving no spaces.

- Enter your shipping address postcode to retrieve your order details.

- Select item(s) that you are returning, the reason for the exchange and add exchange as the return type.

- Please advise what style / colour / size you wish to exchange to. Our customer care team will reach out to you to confirm the replacement item details if needed. 

- If the products(s) are available, LNDR will dispatch your exchange free of charge. If these are no longer available, our customer care team will contact you to find a suitable alternative.

- Please repack your item in the reusable LNDR packaging.

- If you have printed the label, attach to the outside of the parcel.

- If you have chosen paperless, the courier will attach the label upon collection and leave you with a tracking number.

- If you have any problems with the Returns portal, your order may be outside the returns window. Please contact Customer Care.

When will I receive my refund or exchange?

Do you offer free returns?

Returning your parcel within the UK, Europe or Switzerland is free of charge.


For orders outside the UK, Europe or Switzerland, you will be responsible for the cost and shipment of the returned goods. LNDR recommend you use a tracked delivery service and ensure you have proof of your dispatch. We shall not be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.  

I didn't receive a delivery note in my order, can I return?

We aim to minimise as much waste in our packaging as possible. If you're ready to return, please visit our Returns Portal with both paperless and printed options available.

What if my item is incorrect or faulty?

It doesn't happen often, but if you do have an occasion where you have received a damaged/faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at customercare@lndr-ldn.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take it from there!
